Make a Reservation

 Effective September 1, 2026

To provide every guest with the best possible dining experience, Phoenix Bar & Grill will be implementing the following reservation policies beginning September 1, 2026.

Reservations for parties of 10 or more will require a deposit to secure the reservation.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
• The deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your reservation.
• Large parties should provide an accurate guest count when booking.
• Significant changes to your party size should be communicated to Phoenix as soon as possible so we can properly accommodate your group.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or make changes to a large-party reservation, please contact Phoenix at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation.

• Deposits are refundable when the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the reservation deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may affect the ability to make future reservations.
• If you don't have a large party but didn't pay a deposit? Still notify the restaurant 24 hours in advance.

We ask that all guests arrive on time for their reservation. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. If you know you will be late, please contact the restaurant and let our team know. If your party has not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of the reservation time, we cannot guarantee that your table will remain available and your party may be placed on the waitlist.

For large reservations, we strongly encourage the majority of your party to be present before seating. This allows our team to provide faster, smoother service and prevents extended delays for other reservations.

Guests arriving significantly later than the rest of the party may not be guaranteed immediate seating with the group.

During high-volume nights and special events, reservations may have a designated dining time to ensure we can accommodate all scheduled guests. Our team will communicate any applicable time limits when your reservation is booked.

Additional deposits, minimums, or policies may apply to special events and larger celebrations. This will be in effect on September 1st.
